What We Do

The Center for Performance Excellence in Applied Kinesiology (PEAK) is a sport, exercise, and health facility situated within the School of Health Professions at Long Island University-Brooklyn (LIU-B). We provide individual and group sport, exercise, and performance (SEP) services to members of LIU-B as well as to sports teams, groups and exercisers in the NYC area. Also we work to promote community health and wellness through ongoing research and SEP related programs and initiatives that benefit the community.
